I got lucky and the back half was still there intact. I strapped it to the ol bike rack and pedaled back to the truck.He's at the processors getting a little tuck.
Jalapeno Cheese! Oh ya! 110 lbs minus feet, skin or head.

Same here. For what he charges it's not even worth my time. I had done my last many animals myself but it's just not worth it for what Jim charges to grind and wrap.
