That's even better. Do they do the whole Deer or just bone it all out for sausage? If that's the case I need to do some meat wrapping before it heads there.

Got the mt bike in the truck, gonna do some single track with my Deer buddy

This is my first CA buck in a couple of rifle seasons. I've always flown back to CO to shoot Deer the size of cattle but the wallet has been a bit thin the last 5 years. These Deer are smart, real smart. My ranch Deer just stare at you while you plug em

This forkie will make a nice addition on the wall with my last CO five pointer.

Bishers will process the whole Deer, straps roast, chops, lions and the scraps get made into sausage but they add a little pork to the sausage to make it. trust me its BOMB!!!!

I got lucky and the back half was still there intact. I strapped it to the ol bike rack and pedaled back to the truck. He's at the processors getting a little tuck.

Jalapeno Cheese! Oh ya! 110 lbs minus feet, skin or head.

I can do without the 100 ticks though. ** you might be a redneck if**

I talked to him the other day and he made me an offer that is hard to pass up way better than Bishers, but either way it takes money so this year I do my own.....

Same here. For what he charges it's not even worth my time. I had done my last many animals myself but it's just not worth it for what Jim charges to grind and wrap.
