Oct 8th evening and 9th morning session

No deer seen at all......I am starting to suspect that the hippies left their scent on purpose to spook the deer out of the area. I think it might be time to change spots.
Unfortunately its kind of late in the game to scout for new areas and i'm afraid if I start scouting new spots I will step on guys that have already put in the time to find a good spots.
This sucks, all I want is a damn doe.

He drove a black truck with white stickers on the back windshield.
I think I will stop by next time. My spot is driving me nuts.

I went out the morning of the 8th also Carlos. Had a nice doe 100 yds above me, and she headed towards me. I thought I was gonna get my first archery deer, or at least a good shot. I lost her in the trees, and she never came down my trail. I cut some sign on the way out, and she took the only split she could have, to avoid my trail, and headed right towards my car....

Oh well, it was a very nice morning in the woods, and I got to see a deer.....

I went out last night on MCC property (My Country Club), weather was cool and breezy. Deer were on the move, saw about 8 doe, 2 small spike bucks.

How do you like the MCC deal? Is it worth the cash?

I counted ten nice sized Doe together in one meadow on Mesa Grande Rd. sunday morning. I did not have the camera, but it was one hell of a sight....

I'm thinking tomorrow nite up there...hopefully a little moisture to quiet the potato chips down and maybe they'll start moving into the open...BTW nice meeting you Sat.

MCC is what you make of it. The more you use it, the better it is. Sorry to be captain obvious.
I travel for work quite a bit, so the last thing I want to do is travel more. Being able to drive an hour and hunt makes it worth it to me. Some will disagree and feel it costs too much. I have yet to go up there and NOT see deer, not all are shooters, but I always see deer.
PM me if you want more information.....
