winchester 88 308gun repair

A friend gave me a winchester 88 model 308. I believe its the 284, Looks like it need alot of work, like a new stock and it need a magazine. The action works well, nice and smooth and the barrel is not to bad of shape. The seriel number is 96653 which leds me to believe it is early 60s. Anyone have any ideas about whom could do such a repair, or where I could get the parts, or even if its worth doing?

Mathews is no mas ..... I would suggest Bolsa Gunsmithing in Westminister.... The winchester 88 is worth quite a bit... If the action is sound it's worth restoring...

The one Jason posted on ebay is a good deal just needs to be refinished.
