Scouting Report

Went out scouting this morning for deer.So a nice 3x3 with eye gards shit load of forcky's and spike's.So 2 really nice 4x4's there wide and tall I would shoot them the way they are.But they got more to grow.We found a herd of elk to ahout 80 head. 6 bulls off to the side of the cow's 2 ok branch antler bulls a 4x5 and a 6x6 that's really short got alot more to grow.Wish I had my camra but the fucking tweekers

Sounds like a good day of scouting Sneekee. You're going to do the elk over-the-counter, correct????

No I drew my ochoco archery bull tag but I can still hunt the other units are you hunting up here with over the counter

Cool. Is there an antler restriction on the bull tag, or any visible horn? I know when I hunter Oregon 4 years ago during the over the counter rifle season, it was any visible antler was a legal bull.....

I can shoot a bull or a cow in most units western OR over the counter is the bull has to have brown tines
