| Butter knife jigs
Hey there gang was messing around today and stole some of my old ladies silverware, Butter knifes were cut down and drilled couple holes, little grinding, and inserted split rings and hooks, added some shinny tape and there you have it. This is very inexpensive and I know it will catch fish. I have seen many of these homemade jigs while fishing in Mexico and wanted to try a couple out. Here is a picture. Till next time.

I figure you can make one of these jigs for under 3 bucks. Last time in Mexico fishing on the Tony Reyes boat the deckhand whipped some of these out and killed the Yellows, Pargos and the Cabilla bass chewed them up. These are very easy to make. Just make sure the wife don't kill you when you take her nice silverware. I was thinking of checking the second hand store for some used silverware that way I stay out of trouble with the wifey. Have fun making them. Till next time
