Back in action

Well gang been a week since my accident and the hand is getting better, Felt good enough today to make a few baits. I have had cabin fever for a week and wanted to make a few flashy slugs and scalies. I am planing on being on the water this weekend for sure. Hope my baits get chewed. Let me know what you think about the colors I poured. Man it's good to be back in action. Sitting at home is for the birds. Well here are a couple of pictures. Till next time.

Odelay.
Glad you hand is healing up.
These all look fishy.
Here is something you can do to each of the above colors, and you will be surprised at how well it looks.
Mix up a pot of dark smoke color (add about 15 drops of black liquid coloring to one full Pyrex cup). Next add a liberal amount of blue neon (blue highlight powder).
Take a butter knife, and dip the tip into the neon powder--that should be about 4 or 5 smidgen worth. Mix thoroughly, and pour as a thin center line between your clear silver flake bellies, and the darker back colors. It will look the bomb on any of your colors, especially the purple and black back ones.

Thanks Capt G for the tip on the center color. That sounds like it would be pretty cool. I will give it a try tomorrow to see what it looks like. Capt I placed your bait in the mail two day ago. Gonna take some time to reach you I guess Japan is just not just around the corner. Sent you a pm. Thanks again for the tip
