It is footage from air jaws that aired on discovery channel some years back. All of the jumping sharks were filmed around seal island, South Africa. The object being hit by the shark is a neoprene seal. They get wetsuit material and cut out a seal shape. Which they then troll behind the boat to trigger one of those awesome hits. Wouldent wanna snorkle anywhere around there.
