Just talked to Willard and he said now is the time..Plenty of trout in the east lake and the water will be there for no more than 3 more weeks..He said he has seen fish dimpling over there but no one has checked it out as of yet..I am planning on getting up there this weekend to give it a look and I will post any results whether good or not...
