Sorry, Sir, but your fish do not count.
They have tails and fins.

Can I write about my shit ? Too much work to take pics and download .

disclaimer , I have to admit to having a tackle buying problem .

When I troll for trout I use my Shimano Symetre 1500 's or Shimano Spirex 1000's on 7 foot light action Shimano Clarus rods . The reels have rear drag , and a loud line out indicator , which is great for trolling . The rods have a soft tip so I can see the action of my lure working and enough backbone to set the hook and get the fish coming towards the boat while still moving forward . I do not usually stop the boat unless it is a big fish .

For leadcoring I use an Abu Garcia 5500 or 6500 levelwind on a 7 foot Diawa heartland ML leadcore rod .
When I mini jig , i use a 7 foot berkey tactix rod wit an abu garcia cardinal 501 . Or a shimano sahara 750 on a 7 foot diawa spinmatic rod . Great set ups for 2 pound test .

I have some kencor rods for baitfishing the hardly ever get used .

Most of my trout stuff is middle of the road price wise . I save my money for saltwater gear and gas for the offhsore trips .

Give Saluki my kencor rods ? He does not fish anymore .

I could probably give them to him and would not miss them for years . I must admit though , I did like the Kencor rods for bait fishing or float flying with the kids in the sierras this summer .
