Hey was wondering if anybody has fished for bass or stripers in the Canal? I have never been there, was wondering if it is worth it? What should I use? Also has anyone fly fished San Louis Rey Creek in Julian, any info would help great thanks.

to answer your question, Yes there is bass in the canal, Large and small mouth not sure about stripers
