Some of you know I just finished the rebuild on my Mako. I am still running shakedown cruises and working the bugs out. I haven't had her on the Blue Water yet. I did fulfill a promise to my 8yo daughter. She is always in my back pocket anytime I pick up a tool or fire up the compressor. She helped me the most on my project so she got the first real trip.
Wind was rippin and 2' rollers at the launch made interesting antics watching the gomers launch and land. We hid behind the dam and levy to scratch out a couple. She got bit three times, landed only one due to her pumping them like shes on a Marlin.
60' on downriggers. One Gold and one Silver hammered 2/0 dodger w/ Uncle Larry's spinner threaded crawler combo.
