When I read reports on this board I just want to find out if fish are bitting where every it is I plan to fish. I don't want to know where, when and how. I am only tying to encourage others that there are fish to be caught if you put in the time. |

You're right on.... my post was to the characters who just want to go out and load up on fish - don't care about or can't figure out how - just want limits....! The hatchery fish usually take a couple of days to aclimitize to a new envirnoment - When they are fresh - a bright vibrating offering will often get them to strike - Other than that - different conditions call for different approaches.....
The Gerk....!

So, if I want to know when where and how you wont spill the beans? "Hey guy's, there is a pattern!" ya.... I'm sure there is, that information is worthless without actually sharing some knowledge of the pattern though. I'm sure we are all well aware as fishermen there is a pattern and fish can be caught. Thanks for re-affirming that though.

Come on Supa, when your surf spots are blowing up you are going to tell me when where and how? Maybe I will consider waiting for the bite to completed shut off before I post any reports.

Mike, I can see where your coming from and you do have a point, but all the same I have taken many regular posters and new guys that show passion for the sport down to my favorite spots. I'm not looking for your favorite spot but some knowledge on what is working in the area is always nice. eg: Fire tiger rapala on the flats blah blah. All the same though, good work on getting it dialed in. I'll hit you up for those spots if I do the freshwater thing any time soon =D

Trout fishing at mission is not rocket science I racked up a limit last Saturday fishing schooled trout on mini jigs. By all means my kids can yank a limit out of there after they dump 5,000 lbs of trout out of that little pond.
