Irvine Lake... what fish is this?

Was fishing at Irvine Lake yesterday and was catching a lot of these, which look like bluegill, which would be great for bait because most of them were small.

Anyways, they 100 feet to the right of the secondary dock with rental boats. Used mealworms and a few times you we didn't even stop dropping the line down before we got a bite.
