Crowley 6-4 to 6-6

What a trip. Arrived at Mc Gee camp tuesday noon, set up camp and had lunch. Had my Whaler inspected and paid that afternoon to launch Wednesday am. The stupid forcast never metioned WIND. All day Wednesday strong gusts so I ended getting blown off the lake. Thursday was calm and ideal for trolling. I drove while my uncle and good friend are fishing. Water was clear and the lake level was way down so three colors max at a speed no faster than 2.4 mph. Landed 5 between one and two pounds.

Friday morning headed out to Hilton bay. Wide open from 9 am till 12:30. Rainbows from 1.5 to 3lbs. Between three guys we had limits before 10:30 so we kept the bigger ones. Alot of football shaped consistantly 1.5lbs. Hitting nightcrawlers and powerbait turbo. My cousin had a nice stringer of close to 17lbs. There was a tournement going on Fri and Sat so a lot of boats in Hilton bay. Well I will post pics as soon as I down size them.
