Corona Lake 5/30

Never fished there before and thought I would give it a try. Arrived @ 6am. with the intention of getting in on the early trout bite since the water is starting to warm up and trout fishing in co-sal is going to be almost non exsistant soon. Nothing really exciting. Worked the dam and the adjacent shoreline until noon. First fish was about a 3lb channel cat, on power bait, thought I had one hell of a trout for a few min. 2 other stocker sized trout came in by 10 am, one on an inflated night crawler the other on a powerbait/crawler combo.
