Alondra Park

Fished Alondra Park Lake in between my classes at El Camino College and was planning on fishing catfish so i grabbed my catfish rod out of the car and the shrimp and started walking to the lake. I talked to a guy who was leaving and asked him if he had any luck, he said no but some guys were catching some trout so i grabbed my 9ft shakari minijig rod out of the car and minijigs and headed that way. 3 casts later i hook up into a nice 1 pound trout, then another 5 casts later i hook up into a smaller one and loose that one messing around, then farm another one and then it goes dead for a sec, so i check my catfish rod and no luck there, so i have 20 minutes left til my next class starts so i start fishing hard and then my biggest trout slams my minijig out from the weeds and ends up being 1 pound and a quarter roughly. Also caught a 2 inch bass on my 1 inch minijig Haha

enjoy the cell phone picks haha
Also this is my first post :]

Fishing in its purest form. Whereever whenever... I used to ride my bike 5 miles to get there when I was 8, to fish in tournaments. I used to win a free spool of line or a lure or some bait. It was cool. Good luck, but remember to get to class on time!
