Made the run down to Irvine, CA for my little bro Adam's college graduation on Thursday night, launched @ 16:15 and pulled into port @ 21:20. Slept in Fri morn then hit the grad @ 1. The graduation was relatively short and Mom's and Pop's was proud...

So was the rest of the fam...

Adam was diggin the Big Black T I got him for his graduation...

Same bro that fishes the apt ponds w/ me...Adam in action

My other brother Chris' father in law is a member of Lake Misson Viejo and set up 2 electric boat rentals for me, bro Chris, Reefguy95 (Steve) and himself for a few hours of bassin on sat morn. Spent a few hours Fri night gearing up @ Chris' house, here's the arsenal we brought, 15 for the 4 of us, swimbaits, senkos, rip baits, small plastics were gonna get tossed, along w/ about 25 Miller Lites as we all got caught up, geared up and shared some old laughs about times past on Friday night

This guy was a decent angler as well...

I was in a boat w/ Chris' father in law and we started tossin topwater and rainbow trout swimbaits right off the bat for no followers, then I switched over to the splitshotted 4" slim senko in a bluegill pattern and got the skunk off right next the end of a dock...(steve and chris in background)

Caught another on the bluegill color off the boat behind me and the rest of crew was starting to not be happy...

This lake is gin clear and you can see down to the bottom in 30ft, the lake record is 19.11 so there are some hawgs in there but we never got em to bite, did get 2 on the KVD Suspending Wild Eye Shiner off dock edges...

Got 2 on the watermelon red/purple flake 4" Bass Pro Shops Stik-O, for Henry...

My last and biggest, caught this one and 2 others sight fishing, saw 50 plus bass to 8 pounds, a 4lb rainbow and countless huge panfish, the other boat saw the same just had a hard time converting w/ the gin clear conditions...

I lucked into 7 for the morn and caught crap all day cause the rest blanked and then blamed me for not sharing the "right" baits which they never asked for and had in the boat too, anyway we went home, cleaned up and got back out on the lake @ 1 to have lunch and some brews on a patio boat. Jeff had set this up too and the ladies took care of some killer grub. My bro Chris and wife Kim gettin some sun...

Me and the lady in what looked to be a productive cove...

Reefguy95 (Steve) and his wifey in the shade, Capt Jeff @ the helm...

Took a shot of this pilotohouse tug, it was awesome...

Took an hour or so to cruise the whole lake then decided to picnic for a minute and crashed a wedding, so did this guy in the background, right in front of view of the gazebo where the dude was throwin in the towel, he stayed there the whole ceremony and didn't catch a thing yet will be in all their wedding pics until they photoshop him out, it was hilarious.

Great trip, fishing was ok. 7 bass to 13". Brother graduated, had some fun.
