East Walker and Hot Creek

Fished the EW today and HC yesterday.Great hatches in the AM.Had at least 20 bites both days on dry fly,only fished a couple hours each day.Used a guide from Performance Anglers in Mammoth,class act.Tom

Sweet. I have to get up there and fish trout like that again. It's been years since.

what was the average size of fish on both creeks?? what time did you catch most?? im going up to the area tomorrow for a few days

most were in the 12-14in range,few of the pecker trout.Most rainbows with a few browns in both places.There was a good yellow sally hatch.Check with Joe at Performance Tackle in mammoth for the most current.Tom
