the vine wfo 2/22

got a late start got to the lake about 10;30 only 30 people on whole lake.
i went straight to sierra cove wfo.quick 5 fish. biggest was 5.1 3.4 only kept 2 for the neighbor. all on chartruse mini jig w/ orange peel power worm. last cast dumped a double digit fish. thats the prob with the 2# i could never get his head turned because of the current.all well!

Sounds like a quick bit of fun there Steve. As far as dumping those last ones...............you know what I always say, I'd rather hook and loose a fish, than never hook one in the first place. Wish I could get off during the week and do a little fishing with ya. Work is way over rated.

Double digit. Damn bro! You will be thinking about that one for a while. 2# line is gnarly. That sierra cove is just pumping out the fish. Did you put the skiff in? Let me know if you are up for a hoopin and hooking LB Wall trip next week.

Have to try Sierra Cove next time I am there. Been there three times on my buddy's boat trolling and have only caught two fish. I tried #2 line and farmed every fish that bit.
