That's a very nice stringer of pan fish you got there. Btw those aren't gills , they're redears, also known as shell crackers down south. Either way that's very nice stringer. Imo I think those suckers pull harder than bluegills anyday. Good job out there.

These things taste great. I made my grandmas bluegill cocktail.

Boil the meat. Chill in the fridge. Shred and add your favorite cocktail sauce and some celery. mmmmmmmm.......mmmmmmmmmm.
