The hell with the corned beef, My wife just saw your skewered albacore with pineapple and now I have to thaw some albacore for dinner tommorow. MMMM on a bed of rice Pilaf...Any tips for this Roxy? Type of glaze etc....?

Cut the albacore in chunks and marinate for a few hours ahead of time. use either a store bought teriyaki, and yes, here it is guys, WRAP the chunks in bacon. Takes about 1/2 piece of bacon for each piece.
You can always make your own sauce and reserve some for dipping

Soy Sauce, a little sesame oil, brown sugar, scallions will do.

OR

Soy sauce half and half with Honey, add wasabi powder to taste.

These will flare up so be careful. When you turn, drizzle a little more sauce over them.

You use fresh pineapple chunks and bell peppers.

Had the Albie Kabobs last night. Thanks Rox, they were Da Bomb. Sorry no pics, I was too bust stuffing my face. Need more Albie now.

try taking the corned beef out of the water while cooking the vegetables and make a rub of brown sugar and mustard,coat the corned beef with it and bake at 300 -350 while the vegetables cook,delicious
