| Chilaquiles - cut up corn tortillas like chips and fry em I like mine a lil crunchy around the edges. lil onion, cliantro,and some chiles if you like it hot, then add the egg. when the egg is done pour in the already heated up El Pato sauce. sprinkle some chesse on the top and enjoy. you can also make heuvos rancheros very easily as well.
throw a corn tortilla (whole) on some oil. fry it then throw it in the other pan with the El Pato sauce in it, throw it on a plate sprikle wit cheese, and repeat ,next fry two eggs oveer easy, throw them on top of your stack of tortillas & cheese and enjoy.
