Great Simple Shrimp Recipe

I thought I would let you guys in on a little something I discovered...

I call it Chipotle Pepper Shrimp...

Take 2lbs of shimp, add McCormicks "Grill Mates" Chipotle Pepper Marinade...Its in a powder package about the same as Taco Seasoning or Gravy, typically in the same area.

I have grilled them and stir fried them in Asian Veggies...

Both ways are very very good...Super simple but damn good. Easpecially if you use Tommy's Shrimp..

there is no bad way to cook Tommys' shrimp......



I use a spice called "Guapo" something or other, from the local mexi-market.

adds just a hint of citrus and just the right amount of heat.....mmmmm.
