Take some rye bread, thin layer of cream cheese, slice of swiss cheese, pile on the sliced ham. Wrap in HD tin foil and place on engine manifold on the way out to the spot. Let the flavors all get to know one another and shake hands...
The night before make some sticky rice you can get it at any store, pick up some seaweed wraps and a bamboo roller. When you catch your first fish, filet it up and make your sushi. Don't forget washabi and soya sauce. I've cooked on the boats before and this works well. Pritty easy. Thanks, Mr. Crabs
Bio: I am retired and just wander around fishing here and there. I live in Costa Rica most of the time but go to Mexico, Panama and Nicaragua frequently. I lived in the SF bay area for thirty odd years.
I like to make beef, chicken or/and pork roasted, flaked and rolled in flour tortillas with some cheese and chili sauce. Great cold and very filling on the boat. I always take pumpkin pie too.
