I keep an assortment of canned stuff on the boat, chili, tamales, ravioli. Pop a can on the manifold and you have something hot to eat in an hour or so. Certainly beats the Ritz crackers and SlimJims with a 2005 expiration date.

One of my favorite hor dourves is flaked smoked albie (cayenne on it while smoking for some zip) on a wheat cracker with cream cheese and a jalapeno slice on top.
For on the boat, dice on some jalapeno, mix the albie, whipped cream cheese and jalapeno together and put in tupperware container. Scoop out of container with crackers.
Ceviche is my all time favorite thanks to frijolitos!

1. Breakfast Burritos; consists of hashbrown, bacon and eggs with fresh salsa
2. Lunch; grill/panfry chicken or carna asada taco with fresh salsa
3. Diner; Ribeye steak serve with Rice and a side salad
4. ass burning Korean instant noodle for in between meals.
wife likes to cook and I like to eat. we probably spend more time eating and cleaning
than fishing most saturdays and Sundays on our boat.
