One of my favorite hor dourves is flaked smoked albie (cayenne on it while smoking for some zip) on a wheat cracker with cream cheese and a jalapeno slice on top.
For on the boat, dice on some jalapeno, mix the albie, whipped cream cheese and jalapeno together and put in tupperware container. Scoop out of container with crackers.
Ceviche is my all time favorite thanks to frijolitos!
