Find a good salad dressing to marinate in, season with lemon pepper and grill. Use a non-stick spray on grill or wipe with olive oil so it doesn't stick.

Simple quick and easy, Itailian salad dressing, tastey quick and easy. I just recently grilled some up marinated in KC Masterpiece's Carribean Jerk marinade and it was great !

Cut in to small chicken breast size filets, Marinate in Lemon/Lime, Dry rub Cajun seasoning or blackening seasoning. Put on George Forman grill until done.
This can also be used for BBQ Shiska bobs.

mccormicks grillmates in the foil pouch ,pick up several cause they are the bomb for any fish or fowl that you would throw on the grill. they are really easy to use and can get them in 5-6 different flavors
