All right... I got a lot of good advice last time regarding preparing my first Blue Fin Tuna for consumption...

Now I am looking for a Yellow Fin Tuna recipe.

As stated before my skils in the kitchen are limited.

So easy would be appreciated.

I thinking about Sushi and Searing... and would appreciate any suggestions on marinade or otherwise.

This works on Yellow Fin Tuna, Blue Fin Tuna as well as Albacore.
