I love these things..

Used to get amazing shrimp tacos at a little stand just south of Rosarito Beach back in the day...

I really need a good shrimp taco recipe.

Also, need a fish taco recipe...you know the ones with the cabbage and white sauce and chit!!

I think there must be something special about Mexico tacos. I have had some really good ones but never quite the same. Best memory is of my brother and I sitting on the curb next to a stand in Ensenada at the fish market. Six pack of cold Dos XX and giving the lady a twenty to make em till we ran out of room in our stomachs or the twenty. That white sauce is the key.
