So when you call them up to complain about sending you the wrong toons, ask for your money back and get an Outcast. Simple as that. If it was me, I'd have contacted them by phone, told them I was pissed. After blowing up two toons, Dave said he'd send a set of bladderless Skykomish H2 toons and some Madisons bladderless toons came instead. Mention you've had problems since the beginning of the year. Now it's 4 months later and you're fed up with it.
Dave should be back to work tomorrow. Read him the riot act.
Or... Call them, ask to speak with Dave or Larry, explain things again calmly. Tell him your frustrated and what are they going to do about it. If you're unhappy with them, let them know.
