I caught decent numbers of 30# class Yellow Fin Tuna by trolling cedar plugs and ballyhoo. That was in May, but it should work now as well. You might be able to buy or catch live bait, which should result in bigger fish. We mostly fished the reef edge to the north, but James Point to the south is also very productive. Good Luck.
GO!!!!! I had my boat out this last summer and I am thinking about sending it back just to go to that island again!! One of the best trips and memories I have. The island is awsome with some great bars,people and style.

Ditto. The tuna fishing is the most reliable and best in the Bahamas and its a very pretty place. My favorite island throughout the Bahamas.
