Lot more swords in Southeast Florida than marlin. Lots of sails in the same area during the winter-spring months but they are there year round.

How' bout West Coast, Inshore Pier King Mackerel? Caught by one of the younger members of our club The Island Anglers, Dennis Cavallo with his 51 pound King caught on a Penn 4/0 wide, 30 pound diamond line, eight foot Star rod with a tempting threadfin as bait, under a trolley.
