Get a milk crate, go to Lowes or home depot and get 1 1/2- 2 inch pvc pipe, cut the pvc to 4 or however many holders you want 16 inches pieces, buy stainless steel screws with washers and bolts to match. Fit the holders where you want then drill a hole at the top and bottom of the tube to attach it to the crate. You are going to half to make the outside hole slightly bigger to accomidate the screwdriver for tightening. Drill the hole where you want it on the crate and bolt it on. Once on cut the excess off on the inside and coat it with a silicone adhesive (so you dont cut yourself accidentally). Thats pretty much it. If you have any other questions PM me.
