The powder thing doesn't work, and I know, I only fish the finest rusty hooks. I Carry a hone, some wetsand sandpaper works good on 4/0 and bigger. I fished with a guy who sprayed wd40 on everything, all the time, in between boat moves, fish killing machine.

They were all new hooks. I thought Corrosion X would protect them. It protected the tuna.

What? What happened? I've yet to have CorrosionX fail, including zinks I got some overspray on. I also have a large tray of old Mustads and EC hooks that only see action in WFO action. I hosed the whole tray with CorrosionX and they still look new even after having to mop up saltwater. I'm not calling BS, just wondering what happened.
