If you get one fuckin drop of saltwater off your finger into your hooks getting out a new one their cooked unless you take precautions.Mustad 94150 is all i use for GP's.

federales wont believe its baking soda, good luck getting hassled. Doesn't sound worth it to me, just buy new hooks.

Those little disposable dehydration packets work well too; just throw a couple in your tackle box and you're good to go.

I put a 4 or 5 grains of rice in each of my hook sections of my tackle box. Hooks don't rust that way.

Seperate your hooks into small containers. I keep most in my room and carry a small pocket size tackle box with all the hooks I think I will need for a boat stop or 2 . when or if I run out I refill. That way only a small percentage of the hooks run the possibility of getting wet.

Whatever you don't spray Corrosion X in your tackle box like I did. Must have thrown away $100 worth of hooks! Owners, Huyabusa as well as Laser Sharps. I now put the little silicone packets that come in medicines and other moisture sensitive packages in each individual hook size compartment.
Everyone on the boat was bent with Yellow Fin.Steve and Sam from Baja Fish Gear were hooked up I stood there like a Tool.

I'm always hooked-up....All it takes is a thin film of WD-40 Tool!
