Sorry to announce

California MLPA's are out...................might want to take a look at our future.

I am not buying a new boat until after the first of the year looks like it might turn out to just be a great paperweight or lawn ornament.

Yep we got fucked down here. Just what most believed would happen.......happened.

The closures down here were all ready set in motion from the beginning. The people who decide the closures don't give a rats ass about fisherman and anything related to fishing. There is huge money backing these closures and unless we can match it, or get enough of the general public VOTERS to take our side, we will lose our sport.

One of the big money backers is Julie Packard and her Packard Foundation. Her goal is to shut down ALL fishing from Alaska to Mexico.

You guys need to get organized, funded, and aggressive against this. Don't think for one second that "playing by their rules" can or will help.
IT WON'T !!!

Good luck up there and start the fight NOW !!!

I always see plenty of blame put on Packard but although she deserves it for sure it seems like the Man who made this possible hardly gets a mention. Money can buy you alot of things but the most powerful member of your states GOVERNMENT is the one who can start or stop things like this. With TEN times her money do you think she could have gotten this done without his FULL support?

Remember that when it comes time to vote. Your VOTE is more powerful than your $$

Sadly, both Oregon and Washington have turned into one party states, run by judges, unions, P.A.C.S. and institutions indoctrinating our kids.

Just old enough to remember when there actually two RULING parties, not anymore.
