Apparently, it was slipped into the proposed rules October 16, 2009 in order to provide a world class destination for divers to view a cold water eco system.

Well folks here is more bad news.............. Obama and his wonderful Nazi styled National health care has made e-mailing your unhappiness to government reps...........well useless. They are overwelmed with pissed off e-mails concerning health care. Gonna have to find another way if you truly want to be heard.

Wow they just will not quit. I bet the makah will still be able to fish in that area under their treaty rights, what a fucking joke. It's official no washington state fishing licence for me in 2010 looks like I am a passport away from my canadian license and have to invest in some maps. At least until this shit hits canada aye.

I've been doing what I feel has been my part. Trying to get educated. Crash course installed. Problem is the ways the laws are proposed I easily mis-interpreted the meaning of the proposals because they were not clearly written. It blew me away at how uneducated, and unorganzied the WDFW is and these are the people who write the laws for the commission to review.

I'm sure the fact that Jennings is a diver has nothing to do with his proposal.

Thanks Bear. I am now one degree higher in my education. Jennings sounds like a crook.

I don't want to say that anyone isn't doing something....................
Lets just sit back for 1 min and ask ourselves how many closures, cut limits and shorter seasons can I take before I'm ready to blow.
If you really take a look at the proposals and such ............there are a lot of people working at taking away a piece. I have said for ever that the enviros are always dealing the " death of a 1000 cuts".
I don't know what the real answer is but................we ain't found it yet.

CCA was well represented at the rockfish meetings and are aware of this issue.
I say, when it comes to protecting our rights, there is no compromise.

The part that CHAPS MY ASS is we don't know what they are doing.................... IT'S A BIG FUCKING SECERT................. Like the "ENEMY" doesn't know that we plan to fight. How do we plan to fight same old bullshit........................e-mails and then compromise away something. The draft pick to be named may be your "home" area or favorite fish. To bad we don't know what is or isn't being defended with your money.
