Penn 114h clicker slides out of click mode

I have a 9/0 Penn Senator and the clicker butoon slide will go in and out of click, but if I put it in click mode, I can see the button move back and disengage click.
How can I fix that?
I tried cleaning and ;lube already.
Thanks, I need to use this July 18th in a shark tournament locally.

You need a new clicker spring. Unfortunately, most 9/0s have clicker springs that are riveted into the sideplate so replacing them is a bitch. If your clicker spring is attached with two screws, it's a snap to replace.

I misread your note: Many 6/0 114H's do have clickers that are attached withy screws. If your reel is red (not maroon) it certainly does and many of the maroon reels do too. Take off the left side plate and check. If you're in luck, order a 62-114 spring from pennparts.com and you're set to go.

Thanks!
I took it apart and it is riveted in.
I took a small pair of needle nose pliars and slightly bent both sides of the spring in a hair and put it back together and it's clicking like a timex! :-}
