Fresh Sashimi with Ponzu sauce and freshly pressed garlic.
It is like butter!!!
I found a good off the shelve Ponzu sauce made by Kikoman at Ralphs!!

looks damn good....northridge?!?!? that is close...im in lake balboa (aka west van nuys) not to many valley people on this perdominately diego board =) this how lake balboa does it

I have not been called a "Valley" since I use to sneak down to surf with my buds at Malibu!!

I bow to the pro presentation. Looks just like the Sushi bar!!
I have to admit that I did not take allot of time to prepare and that is the beauty of it! 5 minutes to cut some filets and you have $50 bucks of Sashimi!!!
Owned a house in "Lake Balboa" many moons ago. Long before the Lake!
Give me a shout some time. Always looking for locals to fish with.
Do you shop at Bob Sands??

man the valley peps chiming in!!! i am new to the valley, bought my house in 2002. grew up in carson so i frequented the pedro boats.

i do go to bob sands but usually only to buy a license every year...i have too much tackle already and try not to buy too much more but i do live down the street from there and go there everyonce in a while.

thanks for the the offer, hopefully we can put together a trip in the future.
