Thought this would help your arsenal for the grill. ready to eat in minutes...

Its so tasty i dream about it all the time....

cube the tuna/yellowtail 1x1 inches.

slice some (green) apples to 1x1 inches

as you slide them on the skewers wrap the bacon around the meat sideways so the skewers hold the bacon on

honey inside a small bowl can be microwaved for 30 seconds to heat it to a thinner syrup.

you can brush it on or just slightly pour them on.

now sprinkle some groud pepper on it.(as desired)

throw them on the grill for 2 1/5 minutes then flip to the other side.

Now enjoy it with a brewsky and smile.............

bacon doesnt take very long to burn so just cook it to a crisp. high heat .....

Also going to try another batch with the tuna dipped in a soy/wasabi sauce coated with pepper next to some pineapple chunks.
