Hey there, just got back from the BD/Noah's trip and decided to cook up some fresh yellowtail for the fam. I'll break it down in steps to make it easy for the tards that frequent this place...and I might need read up on it when I want to make it again.
Step one...Drink a big crispy Stone IPA Ruination
Step two...fillet skin off yellowtail, making sure your shogun sword type fillet knife is extra sharp.
Step three..cut the bejesus out of yourself while being careless and scream like a little girl.
Step four..paste a big smile on your face while you run for paper towels and large drops of dark blood flow from you heart.
Step five... prepare a flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper concoction making sure to bury any excess blood that may drop into mixture quickly and discreetly. Use Scampi marinade to double dip fish.
Step six...Heat large skillet with Olive oil and drop fish in, browning in a couple of minutes each side and then removing to lay atop red lettuce garnish with vine ripenend cherry tomatoes, cooked baby carrots and fresh sliced lemon/lime wedges.
Total time from fillet to food, fifteen minutes.

Great recipe, I'll have to try it sometime. I'm with stan though, there is no way you are related to any of those ladies, but you'd better bring them out to Goo's tonight so I can see if there is a resemblance.
Ill call you whatever you want. Just let them know I am an up and coming entreprenuer that owns his own house, new truck, and his own "yacht"
All kidding aside
Kep got her fixed up, going down I think on Thursday to get her pumped out. Need to find a new diesel mechanic to come out and do a valve adjustment and check out the starboard engine. It runs like a champ, just smoking more than the port engine. Drew up the plans for the rod holders, thats next. I have the new rail planned out and need to see the costs between all aluminum, fiberglass, or wood seeing which is the most cost effective and really best all around for fishing. As you know rod holders are muy importante at this point.
