| Top five favorite fish to Eat
Someone asked me this the other day and I wondered what are you guys to five fish to eat(not catch). Here's mine(in order):
5. Monkfish(broiled)
4. Catfish(breaded and deep fried)
3. Albacore(sushi style)
2. Sculpin(breaded and Deep Fried)
1. Yellowtail(Sushi, Grilled, or Baked)
Also I have to give out three honable mentions to Thresher Shark(Grilled), Salmon(baked) and Calico(tacos).
So give me you top five fish and some honorable mentions if needed.
-Carlos

I love this question. I saw this on AC years and was really surprised at the replies. O.K.-- let`s see-
I`d have to say any fish that taste like meat is my favorite-- so
#1 is swordfish
#2 is mako shark
#3 has to be halibut
#4 breaded calico bass (butterflied so it`s about 1/4" thick)
#5 hamache w/wasabi and soy
