Simple but good Albie Recipe

Found this recipe, tried it, turned out really good. Super simple.

4 (6 oz.) Tuna Steaks
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped (optional)

1 Thaw in refrigerator. Combine oil, lemon juice and garlic in a baking dish (or zip-loc bag). Whisk to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2 Add tuna and turn to coat. Cover with plastic and refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
3 Broil or grill over medium-high heat until just opaque in the center, about 4-5 minutes per side.
