POPCORN LOBSTER

If you only come home with a couple bugs and want to stretch your catch for more to enjoy or just want to try something fun and new...

1. Remove legs from freshly caught bugs (YES THE LEGS HAVE MEAT)
2. Rinse legs and pat dry with paper towel
3. Wrap 3 clean legs in one piece of dry paper towel
4. Microwave for approx. 30 seconds on HIGH, UNTIL YOU HEAR 3 LOUD DISCTINCT POPS!
5. Take out of microwave, and if done correctly there will be 3 "popcorn" like pieces of some delicious tender bug meat
6. Dip in butter, season, or eat plain.. do whatever you want to them either way your sure to enjoy these little treats

I do it all the time and its great.I cant believe I used to throw them away for the longest time.I think the meat is sweeter then the tails...

We use an old Tupperware and can knock out a bug in no time. I think the leg meat is better.

Remember your lobster needs to be fresh no frozen crap.
