CATALINA OFFSHORE PRODUCTS
Will be doing in house seafood cooking demos.
We will show several ways to clean a lobster, remove the skin from Tuna and cut out the bloodline.
We will also , do handling classes on seafood, along with all kinds of neat stuff.
