I agree with Maxine,cut in half fried in lard(I know) seasonend with The Rub Co Santa Maria. Some rice and beans drizzeld with a smidge of butter in a warm tortilla and you have one fine feast!!! Don't forget the Marg or carbonated adult beverage and all is good.

Don't forget the bisque! Saute some onion and garlic, add stock, cream, and cooked lobster chunks and blend. Dress as you wish. Perhaps some asparagus? Paprika, no?
