Outer Banks Boat Club is pretty cool If you have the coin. We fished for them last year in the Yellowtail tourney. You'll be fine just sticking with them..

Hey Bob, also a member of the Outter Banks Boat Club...I would be interested in trying to set some kind of hot line or way to get some members who would like to buddy up on fishing trips..I know I will be doing a lot trips once the Albie's start to bite. Would like to get some people of who can go on short notice. Besides the increasing cost its always nice to have 2 or 3 people who enjoy fishing..

Hey Lyle, I know a couple of guys from the Outer Banks Boat Club planning to fish the Soutwestern Yacht club Bottom Fishing Tournament on Sat April 26. There is a club award besides the big fish awards. Taylor is one of them. You all can represent the Outer Banks Boat Club. Seaya at the bottom fishing tournament!

Ok some questions for club members. I am in northern cal and the fishing reports from here are killing me. Thinking of joining.
1. Do you feel like your getting the value and service you expected?
2. Any trouble getting the days you want?
3. Short notice, Is this a problem?
4. Boats are still in good condition?
5. Will you re-up when your membership expires?

Thanks for you time. The lack of updates on the web site has me a little concerned. I will make as many trips as time will allow and would hate to drive down and find boats broken or not available. Thanks again David

hey david,

we have been members for almost a year now and have fished every weekend for the most part and havent had a problem getting a boat. You will need to call in advanced if you want a perticular boat, but other than that we have never not been able to get a boat. you can reserve a boat up to a month in advanced and during the summer you cant have a boat out for more than one weekend day (fri, sat, sun) all the boats are in amazing condition especially when you think of how many times they are used, only have had minor problems with the boats but heck that happens on any boat. The guys there are great and are fun to hang out with. They are amazing at servicing the boats and it is worth all the money. and about the boats being in good condition, they all are and they are about to add a new boat soon. we have a 5 year membership and by that time ill be out of college, so my dad and i may not have a use for it.

hope this answers some questions.

-Taylor
