Thanks for another hoop net

Found a pretty new-ish 36 inch hoop net near the bait barge (SD bay) last night with a cool red blinking light in it so the guy wouldn't loose it. Score for me!!

Score for you indeed , until you need help offshore if your tiny boat and balls can make it past the point. Keep it kid, I have more and don't like to get raped either, but Karma is a bitch.

Next time try something like.... I found a hoop net with a red light attached, anybody loose one on such and such date ???

Might work better than saying you ganked somebodies hoop and " lucky you "...... think about it......does your radio work ????

I kinda thought the same thing karl and didn't want to reply at first. Almost sounds like your rubbing it in cause you stole it. Maybe someone will contact you and you can do your good deed for the month returning it.

Last hooping trip...NO bugs...until we came across a floating bag, gaffed the bag and stored it, proceed to the first net of the string...and bam...monster bug in it!! I like to think we did the right thing. Karma can be good...or bad. Might even meet your next fishing buddy! Who knows.

Hey Junior,
Sounds like what happened the night you and I fished with Rob. Remember, we gaffed that mylar balloon and proceeded to our only bug of the night?
(cue Twilight Zone music)

Hey Alex, why don't you give Karl his fookin' gear back?
You weren't going to take his response as a generous gift were you? (hint, hint)

We saw 3 or 4 outside of the wall the other night.

I was drunk (whats new) and my boys said to leave 'em be.

Hindsight is 20/20.

I wanted 'em. Looked like conicals (sp) . But We left 'em alone and saw not one boat for two hours.

Hope karma gets us back next season.

Holla

We lost a couple up from the bait barge on Friday night/Saturday morning. I'll send you a "pm" with a description of the gear [which is rather unique] and, if it is ours, it sure would be great to get it back!!

Thanks

Rick

I think you might be right.

One of his last posts was about miraculously winding up with someone elses gear. Check it.
Got stopped by Naval Security last night...
