Trailering in Baja

Does anyone know what the new rules are concerning trailering a boat into Mexico as far as weight goes and do the new trucking regulations apply to private boaters, Thanks

I write a lot of Insurane for guys going to Mexico never had the question come up about weight and some of the take 26 foot boats.
