Albacore counts...

After a brief rise in the fish counts last week the overnight boats are back to around 1 fish per stick while the 2 day boats are murdering them... Does anyone know where the 2 day fleet is going???

yep. 2 dayers get in on the afternoon and evening bite.

Was out on the West Fly yesterday for the afternoon bite, saw alot of the longrange fleet there, We ended up with 4 per rod.

the bite has been around 4pm. the one day boats have to start in by then to get back to the dock for the next trip. if you want to catch fish, you have to be able to stay til dark.
