Question La Jolla marine reserve GPS

Does anybody know the GPS outline coordinates of the San Diego-La Jolla Ecological Reserve? Been looking at every source, searching every which way, and come up with nothin'. Wanna program the map into my GPS unit.

Thanks so much for these coordinates to the Ecological reserve. It turns out, I am such an idiot sometimes, so sorry! I really want the GPS coordinates for the "San Diego-La Jolla Underwater Park", that 3 mile by 10 mile, 6000 acre area, within which are the Ecological reserve and the Marine life refuge.

Here's the problem: Husband has info that the whole Underwater Park is off limits to fishing, not just the Ecological reserve part. I say, I can't find any concrete info to that effect, but don't want to get nailed for fishing in there if it is. If the entire park is off limits, I want to map it into the GPS, to avoid screw ups. Can somebody help? Thanks!

Here is a link to the only (sucky) map I can find of the Underwater Park:
